It's sometimes just a tweak

You may wonder if it is worth your time and your money to hunt down a real dietitian....NOT a nutritionist.....please don't insult me......but you just aren't sure. What if it's a waste? What are they gonna tell you anyway? Eat your vegetables? Come on, who would pay for that? Dietitians are boring, right? Not this one. I promise. That's what makes Rudog different. The dietitians, the trainers, the athletes are all about no gimmicks. Train hard, and eat to train hard. If you don't know how to do that, you need a dietitian.
Most athletes end up needing just a tweak. No weeks of counseling and boring meal plans. A lot of what you are already doing is probably really good, it just needs tweaking. It's simple but true. A few hundred calories put in a different place during the day can make a HUGE difference. It is worth getting your diet checked out. If you really are "all that", then find out. Put your money where your mouth is (literally) and see how great you are. If your diet sucks, ignoring it won't help. Fix it now and get back to training hard.
