Rudog The Website! www.rudog.com
Now the Rudog Blog is FREE and full of great information, but the Rudog WEBSITE is something totally different. It is a subscription based website with a very specific mission. That mission is to get nutrition education and training to the MMA community at a ridiculously low price. The fact is fighters need nutrition training, but fighters are generally broke. Rudog is the answer to that problem. Now fighters can get what they need on line for only $9.95 a month. Instead of paying for private sessions with a dietitian (who has probably never even heard of MMA), fighters can join Rudog.com and get weekly articles on topics that relate to them and their sport. It's great! There's no contract, it's pay as you go through PayPal. Seriously, it can't be any easier or cheaper.
What kind of articles and education do you get? It's always something different, never predictable. This week's topics covered steroids, creatine, and hydration. There's tons of other stuff, too, like recipes for quick meals, new food products, and menu planning strategies. Everything is archived so the great content never goes away. For example, chiropractor and BJJ roller Mark Zuber did an awesome multi-week series last year on how to prevent injuries. It is soooo worth reading! Once you subscribe to Rudog, you get the additional benefits of discounts on consultations, nutrition analysis and more. You can also shoot an email if you have questions about nutrition or need a suggestion on something. For those that are super motivated, there is a feature that allows you to create your own meal plans and track what you eat. Members can also get some dietitian help here for no extra cost. :)
Rudog does work with fighters individually, both pro and amateur, all over the United States. Technology lets Rudog be everywhere. If you are serious about your career as a fighter, you need to be serious about your nutrition training. Make it a priority.
If you think you might want to try it out, shoot me an email from the website or using the address below and I will give you a one week trial membership. If you are interested in working privately with Rudog, please call or email to set up an appointment. What have you got to lose?
