Costco for everything!

I promise that I do NOT own any stock in Costco (and I have no plans to purchase any), but, I have to talk about Costco!! It's the best! It may be owned by Satan himself, I don't care. Their food selection, variety, quality and cost is simply second to none. Not only do they have the best prices, they are carrying lots of organic versions of their mainstay items. Milk, eggs, OJ, meats, breads, pastas, rices, canned veggies, and soooo many more. Of course, you are thinking that Costco is only great for families, right? You are wondering how Costco could possibly benefit just two people, or someone who is single. I will tell you. If you are an athlete who is training everyday for multiple hours at a time, you should be eating some serious calories. You really can't afford NOT to purchase some of your foods in bulk. Especially meat, breads, dairy and fruit. It's even  more efficient to get together with other buddies and shop. We call it "making a Costco run". Send out an email or tweet to your training buddies and let them know it's time for a "Costco Run". Make a master grocery list and then everyone splits everything. This alleviates the need to ever store 45 rolls of tp and 45 pounds of basmatic rice.  However, three or four people splitting that makes it completely doable and ridiculously inexpensive.

Foods I love for the price and quality are:
Frozen chicken breasts, Farm rasied salmon, Bagel bars, Basmati rice, Stacey's Pita chips, Kirkland Valencia OJ, Kirkland Organic milk, Laughing cow cheese, Yogurt, Organic canned veggies, Starkist Tuna Lunch kits......I can keep going!

A major part of eating healthy is keeping healthy foods on hand. Let Costco help!
