You don't. You think it's about silly nutrition. You think you don't need that. I mean, you know how to eat. Your body is ripped. In great shape. You just gotta train more and drink a lot of protein crap. That's what everybody else does, why shouldn't you? Well, there's the problem. You don't want to be just like everyone else. Set yourself apart and give yourself the edge. Do what very few others are doing: Get smart about fuelling your training. Train to win, fuel to train.
