I don't know why, but I am always a little nervous about what the first follow-up will reveal. It's like getting your test back. The one you feel like you aced, but then as time goes by you become more skeptical.......hoping for an A, maybe the high B?? Ok, a solid C. Turns out, this one ROCKED! I could not have been more pleased. GG shared that in a few weeks' time he had lost around 6 pounds, moved his belt notch 3 places, and improved his one mile run by 1 minute. WOW!!
Let me be the first to say that this is not a commercial for RUDOG. It is a commercial for all of the future RUDOGS out there. This was all GG. He took the time and money to get a little bit of really, really good education. He implemented what he was told and continued working out hard. He is getting the results of his hard work and dedication. He was so pumped, and I was so proud.
I asked him specifically about his energy level and whether or not he noticed a difference in his ability to push himself harder. That's when he said,
"Yeah! In fact I took Mezger's class the other night and I totally smoked it! I have never been able to do that before! I did all the push ups, all the drills, everything. It was awesome."
Boys and girls, THAT is what it is all about. :) No gimmicks. No supplements. No tricks.
(Oh, and by the way, GG is not using his protein supplement anymore.....hmmmm.)
GG leaves this weekend to head off to academy training for 5 months. He is ready physically, mentally, and nutritionally. No doubt in my mind. Congrats, GG! Our sincerest thanks for your service to our country.
