Proper training in the gym, proper training in the kitchen!

I just finished a grocery shopping trip with a client today. We were stocking up on healthy foods for the fridge and pantry. We just went aisle by aisle and strategized about the various items that would work for this client's taste preferences and need for convenience. Naturally, we toured Whole Foods and had no problem accomplishing our goal! I love opportunities like this because the personalization of the education is so great and the client goes home with a meal plan strategy that is ready to implement.

I bring this up to make a point. Regardless of who you are or what your health and fitness goals are, you need to make eating healthy a priority. If you don't know how to select good food to keep around the house, get someone (Hi, Rudog?) to teach you. If you are a fighter and you don't really know how to cook, learn!! Rudog can help you. The passion of Rudog is to get MMA guys eating right. To get guys cooking their own food....and eating it! It takes a little time and a little money. Get a group of guys to pitch in and share the cost and get some "What to Eat When I Train" instruction. Just like proper training in the gym, get proper training in the kitchen. Eat Rudog Smart.
