- Refried beans are usually cooked with lard. That's why they taste good. :)
- 20 chips has about 500 kcals. Most of you eat a couple of BASKETS. Figure 700 kcals/basket. Almost all fat....
- Think about butter when you eat guacamole. Calorically they are really similar.
- Those top shelf ritas can have 300 kcals or more. Who drinks just one?
- If you eat and drink without really thinking about it, by the end of the night it is possible to have consumed upwards of 5,000 kcals. More than half of those kcals will be from fat.
- The sodium content is ridiculously high. Can you say water retention?
Hmmmmm.....maybe this is why those Monday workouts are such a b****?
This is the kind of thing that can COMPLETELY undo a week's worth of hard work. Proceed with extreme caution!!
